Thickness Guide
| 4mm | Standard yard sign thickness. Lightweight and cost-effective for short-term outdoor use. |
| 6mm | Extra rigidity for longer-lasting outdoor displays and moderate weather conditions. |
| 8mm | Heavy-duty option for demanding outdoor applications and extended use. |
| 10mm | Maximum rigidity and durability. Ideal for premium, long-term outdoor signage. |
Grommets
If you select real estate grommets, the center of the grommets will be 4 inches from the left and right edges, and 1 inch from the top and/or bottom edge.
If you select corner grommets, the center of the grommets will be 1 inch from the edges.
Grommets are $0.50 each.
Special Instructions
Items that are 4mm Coroplast have vertical flutes that facilitate H-Stands into the signs. Say Yes to Need H Stand to receive actual H-stands with your order.
If you are using directional arrows on your signs, your file should be 2 pages with each arrow pointing in the opposite direction.
Keep artwork in the intended perpendicular reading orientation with the heading/top of the artwork positioned at the top of the file. (DO NOT ROTATE 90 DEGREES)
Please Note: Though very rare, we may print your signs at 95–4% of the original size to ensure that we are able to include cut marks for proper finishing and trimming. We may also remove bleed.
File Preparation Guidelines
- Submit files in PDF, AI, or EPS format
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
- Color mode: CMYK preferred
- Include 0.125" bleed on all sides
- Convert all text to outlines
